- This is a proposal to help with workload, time management, and posterity
- Committees work independently of the board, but report to the board for approval
- Proposed committees [default chair] (purpose)
  - Governance [pres] (501c3, taxes, goal setting, assessment, etc)
  - Communication/marketing/pr [vice pres] (website, social media)
  - Fundraising [treas] (raising money)
  - Remote events [sec] (fairs, fests)
    - Speaking of, we need to make sure devICT is represented when we are out-and-about
  - Future planning?
  - Special projects (bus? cow car?)
  - Others?
  - Note: home events (like workshops) are coordinated by spoke leaders (Tom and Seth)
