===First Thursday Board Workshop===
The Board Workshop is an opportunity for members of the board, and of MakeICT, to get together and talk about plans and goals for MakeICT in an informal setting, as well as see presentations from outside parties on how they’d like to collaborate with MakeICT.

*This is a non-voting meeting, and may or may not have a set agenda shared beforehand.
*This is also not an "anything goes" environment. Be respectful of others in the discussion.
*The workshops are scheduled to run for two hours, with the first hour being for general discussion and the second hour reserved for executive sessions by the board, as needed.

*Facilities came up with a plan to re-route the vent in the boiler room so it doesn’t interfere with the loft. ~$500 (275 was budgeted, but the cleaning budget is technically still in facilities and a portion could be re-appropriated for this)

&John: Progressing well on Bridgeport. He purchased a string mower and push mower for $125. Facilities is willing to purchase. John will donate parts and labor to get the operational.

*AC for the lounge? Andy asked if the unit upstairs is charged and could be used. Tuesday Facilities fixed in the unit in classroom 4, capacitor had to be replaced. Facilities plan for fall is to make the ductwork more efficient.
