**James is looking into how to make his data available for others.  He recommends using the "By renewal Date - Update day!" search on the Contracts page for best active member results.

*Scholarships
**The board has agreed to oversee the scholarships at the moment until a committee can be created.
**No changes have been made to the current 4 memberships.

*Member Communications
**Steve will follow up with Joe Pajor to see if he still wants to oversee this.
**Paula will follow up with Angel as an alternate.

*Recruiting Brainstorming
**Renaissance Fair and Comicon events are scheduled for September.  Rustin is point of contact.

*Tri-fold Pamphlet
**Contacted Rustin to authorize printing.
