The 3D printer is a quick setup demonstration that can be taken to fairs or trade shows. It is intended to spark interest in making and to blur the line between the physical and the digital.
Materials
3D Printer (Ultimaker preferred) 3D Print filament (any color) Print files SD card Extension Cord
Preparation
Make sure you have filament loaded and the bed is level. Easiest is probably just to start a print and abort it as soon as it looks like it works. Make sure you have one or more small, interesting prints ready. The Ultimaker bot works, but other figures could work also. Confirm that there will be electrical power available at whatever location will be used.
