Discussed water entering the tunnels, we should get a professional opinion on how to fix this. Saga is looking into this and will have an update by the next meeting.
Saga is going to start talking to contractors about how to fix the roof, and for estimates
We are looking into an indoor lint trap for the textiles drier, rather than venting it outside
Oak tree in front still needs trimmed
We need to find out if David Mendoza is taking charge of mowing, and if he is, we need to see what he needs from Facilities Committee.
There is vegetation growing along the garden fence (on the Garden group’s side of the fence), does this need to be cut, or is it part of the garden? We need to establish exactly what the garden committee is and isn’t maintaining. More visible boundaries would be helpful.
The choir divider panels in Room 4 could be used for walls (esp for the print shop)
We want to replace the lights in the halls with LED lights. We have a number of LED lights already in the space. John Nichols and Glenn have experience with this. Glenn has offered to take this on, with an assistant.
Countertop is ready for some final sanding, and then black paint. Wes is taking this on.
We discussed having a spreadsheet linked on the wiki which lists current tasks that the Facilities committee is working on, or is going to work on at some point.
