Old Business

• LED lights
  • Classroom 3 was completed with no issues.
  • We will be ordering cases of 50 lights at a time.
  • We will convert between 1 and 3 rooms per month.

New Business

• Goals for 2025 were discussed
  • Garage
    • After the printing press has been removed the wall needs to be put back. We will need to decide exactly where we will put that.
    • We want to do a complete declutter and organization project.
  • Boiler Room
    • Hot water heater exhaust needs repaired.
    • Might also look at moving the heater itself.
    • Room needs cleaned up.
    • Need to decide on any shelving plans.
  • West Hallway Entrance
    • The doors have not functioned correctly in quite some time.
  • West Wing Heaters
    • We need to be sure to clean these in the Spring.
    • There was a report that the CO level in Textiles was high. Need to look and make sure this is functioning properly.
    • Discussed installing CO monitor/alarms. This could be in conjunction with IT, as other sensor projects are in works there.
  • Heater Air Filters
    • It is time to replace the filters in the South Hall.
    • These are changed once a quarter.
    • We need to purchase new filters.
  • Unlocked Windows
    • This is an ongoing project and most of the conversation was lighthearted.
    • One useful suggestion was to tint the windows so we can remove the curtains.
  • Parking Lot Lighting
    • Travis Profit has requested doing some work on lighting. He was supposed to reach out to Facilities, but that does not seem to have happened. We should reach out to him to start a dialog.
