Set up next Maker Mondays to be at least two Months in advance on the calendar. 7pm Second and Fourth Mondays of the month

Set up next Orientations to be at least two Months in advance on the calendar. 7pm to 9:30pm if week day, and 2pm on saturdays.

-We should add back in what the space is. People don’t know what a maker space is.

Video Presentation of each room? Covering rooms on Maker Mondays sucks when you don’t know the room on the tour.

Need a check list for the tour part so we don’t forget where things are, and a small map to go with it.

How to work AC Units

Garden spigots locations.

Fire extinguishers.

Garage door latch.

Facilities closet locations and cleaning supplies.

Donation Box and Pay Dues Box.

First aid locations.

Power Breaker Box Loacations.

Badge Printer, and how to use it.

Water cut offs in the Boiler Room.

Natural Gas shut off in the Boiler Room.

Make a List of questions to ask incoming members. - We have those? Index cards in the podium.

Tell incoming members about your self and ask them to tell a little about them selfs to get to know us. We need a follow ups on the new members.

Make a lock up the building check list that you can take around.

Make sure your the last person in the building

Lock the windows

Turn off the lights in the rooms. Hallways stay on.

Turn off the AC units in the rooms.

Set heater to designated level during winter.

Check to make sure all doors are close and latch.

Check garage overhead door latch.

Air Compressor is set to the Off position in the Metal Shop.

Set the Alarm and you have 60 seconds to leave.

Revamp Maker Monday with Video to show off the areas first before going around for a tour if all.

Need to contact area leads for what they want to talk about and to keep it around 30 seconds.
