Needs some clarification about where emailed reports are to be sent.
Nothing about how one gets onto the committee. Only indirectly is it implied elsewhere that participation requires Board approval, unlike other commitees where Board only approves the chair of commitees.
Inconsistent use of COC, COCC, COC Reporting Group, etc., which is confusing.
Use of Group and Committee interchangeably, or two different things?
