  • James is looking into how to make his data available for others. He recommends using the "By renewal Date - Update day!" search on the Contracts page for best active member results.

• Scholarships
  • The board has agreed to oversee the scholarships at the moment until a committee can be created.
  • No changes have been made to the current 4 memberships.

• Member Communications
  • Steve will follow up with Joe Pajor to see if he still wants to oversee this.
  • Paula will follow up with Angel as an alternate.

• Recruiting Brainstorming
  • Renaissance Fair and Comicon events are scheduled for September. Rustin is point of contact.

• Tri-fold Pamphlet
  • Contacted Rustin to authorize printing.
