General Notes

1. Team discussed the usage/distribution of plants grown in the garden
   1. Decision is that plants will be harvested by members when the fruit/vegetable/herb is ripe and ready to be harvested.
      1. Whether or not a plant is ready for harvesting will be left to individual members.
      2. Members are encouraged to use Kansas State extension resources to determine if plants are ready to harvest.
      3. Members are encouraged to share harvest-able plants with the rest of the committee.
2. The team decided to pull bolted plants from the lettuce/cabbage plot, so that new plants may be planted
   1. These plants still need to be planted by the commitee.
   2. The decision will be made via text.
3. Composting class scheduled for August 11th
4. Piper to send list of class ideas to Master Gardener contact.
