- Space -- desire "center of gravity" between start-ups and makers -- space available and offering space to MakeICT -- possibly 34' x 45' for MakeICT plus classroom, lounge, and outdoor space -- potential spot for storage container -- Kenton wants a floorplan -- $500-750 rent/month - Developer School -- beta school starting in July -- need funding via non-profit -- possible connection to DevICT as well -- Kenton will provide overview of program and benefits to us and them
