Vendor Agreement
Please review the Vendor Agreement in its entirety and agree to all it entails in order to vend at our events. If you have any questions at all, please email events@gmail.com.
Registration
Our registration form will need to be filled out on WildApricot where payment is also taken.
Booth Map
A certain number of days ahead of the event, you will receive a map of the building that specifies your Booth number and location. The spots may not be exactly to scale, but there will be tape to section off every booth space the day of so there will be no risk of booths spilling into each other. If you experience this problem, please let one of the Volunteers for the event know and we will address it.
Load In / Load Out
Load in will be available 2 hours before the event. Load out will occur for 2 hours directly after the ending time of the event.
Parking
You may park close to the building for Load In and Out, but during the event it is beneficial for everyone if you park away from the event, such as at Cessna Park across the street.
