Member Numbers
- This Month 8 new members
- Total active members 410
- James is looking into how to make his data available for others. He recommends using the "By renewal Date - Update day!" search on the Contracts page for best active member results.

Scholarships
- The board has agreed to oversee the scholarships at the moment until a committee can be created.
- No changes have been made to the current 4 memberships.

Member Communications
- Steve will follow up with Joe Pajor to see if he still wants to oversee this.
- Paula will follow up with Angel as an alternate.

Recruiting Brainstorming
- Renaissance Fair and Comicon events are scheduled for September. Rustin is point of contact.
