The IT Committee performs functions including:
Maintenance of software on servers, including the website, the forum and the wiki
Maintaining authorization to edit content on the above and on social media.
Maintenance of authorizations for use of Google owned resources
Creating makeict.org email accounts
Maintenance of in house IT resources, including classroom laptops and projectors, printers and other equipment
Maintenance of badge access systems, including the door and equipment badge readers and their backend systems
Maintenance of other IT equipment
Maintenance of systems for remote access and for access control
Maintenance of the building WiFi system
Assisting areas and committees with IT related issues
