Thanks to a vote of the board, all of the remaining hardware needed has been acquired.

David Springs has agreed to take the lead on finishing this project
The build for the arcade machine has been completed. We still need to do a bit of tweaking on the menu system, and there are a few little fixes for the keyboard yet to be completed, but the machine is playable now.
