Maker Market Minutes January 25th, 6-7 PM
Maker Market will occur March 25th from 11 AM-3 PM with 30 vendors in attendance. 15 vendors will be indoors with 8x8 booths, and 15 vendors will be outdoors with (11) 10 x10 booths and (6)under our 18x27 tent with 7x89 ft booths. The marketing/branding image was approved with a request to add the Scarecrow image in the background. James S. will deliver the fliers to local shops identified in the flyer handout document with the folders Malissa Creates. Malissa will create a folder and populate it with documents needed based on past events and create events for vendors to sign up in Wildaprocot. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, February 8th at 6 PM.
