Membership numbers: active members, probation

- Two options, $1000 each
- Second one is simpler and clearer
- Pay for 6 months if possible

Studio rental agreements

- send Shirley names
- set up new lease agreements (1 down, 2 to go?)
- modify 2 units into 1
