• Ceramics wish list - Electric Motor on kick wheel
• Automata classes? (see https://cabaret.co.uk/automata-tinkering-kit/)
• Need to figure out how to handle calendar clashes better; currently featuring bikers vs. fencers on a weekend in February
• Communication between leads and chairs and the board needs to improve
• Grants-- we need to be more systematic about applying for them
• More budgets have been submitted since the last board meeting, so we'll have the opportunity to review them at the next workshop and vote on all budgets at the next board meeting in January.

  • Better lockout/tagout system
  • Expanding space for the hot shop
  • New door for the handicap stall in women's bathroom
  • Creating procedures for everything
  • Gretchen is looking into creating a chatbot for MakeICT.org.
  • Revising Event Creator to prevent two events from being scheduled simultaneously for the same space
  • Updating member orientation processes and determining who will run orientations after Matt steps down
