Opening and Mission Statement

• This special meeting of the MakeICT board of directors convenes on Saturday, July 13 at 10:00 am in the MakeICT building.

• MakeICT is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and is operated entirely by volunteers. It’s our mission to innovate, learn, and build community at the intersection of art, technology, science, and culture.

New Business

Board Appointments

• Aaron Grindstaff, board member at-large, has agreed to accept the currently vacant position of treasurer

• Serena Oden-Powers ran for, but did not win, the position of Director At-Large in the election for this board. Therefore she was approached regarding the position, and she accepted consideration for appointment.

Motion: Aaron Norton moves to appoint Aaron Grindstaff as treasurer
