• Member Communications
  • We need to start reaching out to newly lapsed members again. Steve has done this in the past, but have not been keeping.

• Recruiting Brainstorming
  • We do need to do a better job of recruiting members. At present, we do not have any concrete plans.

• Tri-fold Pamphlet
  • Brett would like to see us redesign/revise the pamplet. He is thinking about asking the Visual Arts Commitee/Area to help with that.

• Maker Monday and Member Orientation
  • The committee is going to be reviewing the tour content and the presentation slides.
  • The Member Orientation tour should either cover every lab, or none of the labs. Specifics about shop authorizations or equipment authorizations should not be included to avoid confusion, as well as to save time.
  • The committee has decided to drop the requirement of taking a class before attending orientation.
  • We need to reexamine the Member Orientation days. With dropping the class requirement, we can easily change the days so that they are sooner after Maker Monday. We might also need mix up the days so that it is not always Tuesday and Saturday.
  • December 26th will be a Maker Monday. Jessica and Sherry are working on ideas to make this a fun night, including refreshments and theme.
