@DECISION: Tell people they need to get to know the board members when talking about the key policy, rather than saying that they have to wait 30 days to get a key.

@DECISION: Change monthly bill date to day of month members sign up, rather than the first day of each month.

@DECISION: Change members.makeict.org to signup.makeict.org when we change servers.

@DECISION: Keep Maker Monkey as a mascot, but create a new logo.
