Scheduling meetings (not in Wild Apricot)

1)     Need MakeICT email address

2)     Log in to Google using MakeICT email address

3)     Go to the MakeICT embedded calendar at makeict.org/calendar/ (or go to makeict.org then click “events” then “calendar”

4)     Bottom right corner, click “+ Google calendar” This should add this calendar to your Google calendar page

5)     Return to Google and go to “calendar”

6)     Upper left corner, click “+ Create” then “event” from drop down menu

7)     In the window that appears, first add the title at the top in the “Add title” line

8)     Select the day and time

9)     Add guests if desired

10)  Click “Add Google Meet video conferencing” if meeting is remote or remote access for some members is desired

11)  Add room or location

12)  Add description or attachments if indicated

13)  The next line might display your name for your personal calendar.  Click on your name (may have to click twice)  then select “MakeICT Public Calendar” from pop up menu.

14)  Click the “save” button in lower right hand corner
