Two-way Radio Committee

Purpose of the Committee: The Committee will explore ways in which all MakeICT members with an interest in amateur (ham) radio and related radio services (as defined by the Federal Communications Commission) might explore the experimental and operational aspects of the radio sciences, electronics and related matters such as high-altitude balloon flights, and the construction of antennas and other amateur radio equipment for their edification.

Committee Birthday: The Committee was created by action of the MakeICT Board of Directors on Thursday, December 19, 2024.

Committee Chairperson: The Interim Committee Chairperson is Joseph T. (Joe) Pajor. His amateur radio call sign is KB0KFH. His GMRS call sign is WQGN884. He has been a member of MakeICT since 2019.

Charter Committee Membership: All who elect to join the Committee during its first twelve months of existence shall be considered charter committee members. So, charter members are those who join prior to December 18, 2025.
