Vendors
Vendor Agreement
- MakeICT Summer Market 2026 Vendor Agreement
- Please email a copy of the completed and signed Vendor Agreement to events@makeict.org within 24hrs of registering for the event
Vendor Registration and Payment
- BEWARE of scammers. The Wildapricot link provided here will be for registration AND payment. You won't be asked about payment aside from Wildapricot. If there are any questions they may come only from the event coordinator or MakeICT Treasurer (both @makeict.org)
- Once registration closes on May 30th, or when available spots are filled, we will begin to work on the Booth Map for vendors to know exactly where they will be. It will be emailed to vendors.
- Primary Artist
- Fill out the form, with the secondary artist in the appropriate fields at: https://makeict.wildapricot.org/event-6623859
- You will need to pay for the whole booth
- You will be emailed a code by the event coordinator for the secondary artist to use, have them register as below.
- Secondary Artist
- You will need to get the code from the primary artist, with that you will select, Shared Booth - Secondary Artist as ticket type on the form at: https://makeict.wildapricot.org/event-6623859
- Enter the code when prompted
- Fill out the form, and make sure to add the Primary Artist in the fields for Shared Artist.
Waitlist
- If all spots are filled, you will be put on a waitlist. Please, Fill out the forms as appropriate. (You will not pay at that point.) If a spot does become available, you will be moved up with a notification, upon which time you will need to pay though the event/WildApricot link.
Auction
- Depending on the number of items donated, there may be a silent auction as well as a live auction
- The silent auction will conclude at 6pm, and the live auction begin at 6pm
- Items for the auction will be considered donations towards MakeICT
- If the preference is to have the item support a different non-profit, please coordinate with events@makeict.org prior to Saturday June 9th to help with our advertising
- Items will be accepted up to the start of the event (noon, June 13th), but please submit images of your items before hand so that we can advertise them ahead of the event
- Items will be displayed inside of The Wave during the auction
Maker Faire
- If you would prefer to do a demonstration instead of being a vendor, please contact events@makeict.org
- Please coordinate with the events team prior to Saturday June 9th if there are any special needs or concerns (ie, is 220v power needed, or is fire involved?)
- If amplified sound is not needed for the demonstration, either stage is available for use
- If you would like to do your demonstration at a certain time, please message events@makeict.org prior to Saturday June 9th so that we can help advertise and coordinate the time with other participants
- Other demonstrations and Maker Faire participants will be in the inside space of The Wave
