If you intend vend at the event, at bare minimum email events@makeict.org us to let our organizers know.
Saturday November 21st is our cutoff date to register as either a vendor
Saturday November 28th is our cutoff date to contact us about performing
It is $50 to vend at the event if you are not a member of MakeICT or member of the Kansas Aviation Museum ($25 for members, our membership costs $25/m and gets you priority in who vends, similarly a Kansas Aviation Museum membership is $45/yr and gets you priority in who vends)
You must pay your booth fee and send in the signed vendor agreement prior to the event
The event will be held at the Kansas Aviation Museum - 3350 George Washington Blvd, Wichita, KS 67210, USA

Vendors

MakeICT Winter Market 2026 Vendor Agreement
Please email a copy of the completed and signed Vendor Agreement to events@makeict.org within 24hrs of registering for the event

BEWARE of scammers. The Wildapricot link provided here will be for registration AND payment. You won't be asked about payment aside from Wildapricot. If there are any questions they may come only from the event coordinator or MakeICT Treasurer (both events@makeict.org and treasurer@makeict.org)

Once registration closes on November 21st, or when available spots are filled, we will begin to work on the Booth Map for vendors to know exactly where they will be. It will be emailed to vendors.

Primary Artist
- Fill out the form, with the secondary artist in the appropriate fields at: https://makeict.wildapricot.org/event-6807760
- You will need to pay for the whole booth
- You will be emailed a code by the event coordinator for the secondary artist to use, have them register as below.
Secondary Artist
- You will need to get the code from the primary artist, with that you will select, Shared Booth - Secondary Artist as ticket type on the form at: https://makeict.wildapricot.org/event-6807760
- Enter the code when prompted
- Fill out the form, and make sure to add the Primary Artist in the fields for Shared Artist.

If all spots are filled, you will be put on a waitlist. Please, Fill out the forms as appropriate. (You will not pay at that point.) If a spot does become available, you will be moved up with a notification, upon which time you will need to pay though the event/WildApricot link.

Several items have already been donated already, so there will be silent auction as well as a live auction
The silent auction will conclude at 2pm, and the live auction begin at 2pm
Items for the auction will be considered donations towards MakeICT and the Kansas Aviation Museum
If the preference is to have the item support a different non-profit, please coordinate with events@makeict.org prior to Saturday November 21st to help with our advertising
Items will be accepted up to the start of the event (9am December 5th), but please submit images of your items before hand so that we can advertise them ahead of the event
Items will be displayed inside of The Wave during the auction

If you are a non-profit, we want to see you out there!
If you would prefer to do a demonstration or have a table, please contact events@makeict.org
Please coordinate with the events team prior to Saturday November 21st if there are any special needs or concerns (ie, is 220v power needed, or is fire involved?)
Other demonstrations and Maker Faire participants will be in the inside space of The Wave

If you would like to perform at the event, please contact events@makeict.org

Please let us know prior to Saturday November 28th if you will need amplified sound for your performance
If you would like to perform at a certain time, please message events@makeict.org prior to Saturday November 28th so that we can help advertise and coordinate the time with other participants
We are looking for performances that can be done outside, and fill time slots on an hourly basis (ie 10am, 11am, noon, etc)
Please note, you may have to provide your own insurance for the event depending on the act
