The Board Goblin is a circuit board milling machine made by Tom McGuire. The Goblin makes short work of SOIC boards and, if you talk nicely to it, will do even finer pitch than that. There is a specific workflow that works best for creating a board on the goblin, it is easy to break milling bits with it as well, so a certification is required.
