David is the Chair of the finance committee because he has no choice because he is the Treasurer. The finance committee assists the Treasurer. Their main duty is keeping the Treasure from being too damb cynical. The committee chair broke the strongest bone is his body and will consider adding more to this page later...maybe...probably not.
